Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in is from 3:00pm, and check-out is by 10:00am.
If your reservation package includes dinner, please let us know in advance if you will arrive after 5:00pm.

Q. Do you provide a shuttle bus service?

A. Yes, we offer a shuttle bus service between the hotel and Jomo-Kogen Station and Gokan Station. Please call us at least 3 days in advance if you would like to use the service.

Q. Do the guest rooms have a bath?

A. Only rooms in the Annex Building have baths.
These baths use real hot spring water.

Q. Is there a refrigerator in the room?

A. Yes, the rooms have a refrigerator (unstocked).

Q. What kind of amenities are in the guest rooms?

A. The following amenities are provided:

Q. Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have any dedicated non-smoking rooms, but we do our best to remove any odors using strong air fresheners.

Q. Do you have any barrier-free facilities?

A. We do not have any specific facilities, but we can try to arrange rooms on floors without too many stairs to navigate, if we receive requests in advance.

Q. Do you have karaoke machines?

A. Unfortunately, we do not.

Q. Do you have any undercover parking?

A. Unfortunately, we do not.

Q. Are snow tires necessary in winter?

A. Even though snow removal work is done, we recommend using snow tires or chains during the winter season, as the roads can get heavy snowfall in some areas.

Q. Is it possible to order extra dishes?

A. It is possible to order the following specials on top of your meal:

*Black-hair Wagyu Beef (130g) 2,700 yen
*Horse-meat Sashimi (70g) 2,000 yen
*Assorted Tempura 2,200 yen

Q. Can you prepare anything for special occasions?

A. If ordered at least 2 days in advance, we can prepare a special cake or flower bouquet.

Q. Where are the meals served?

A. Generally, the meals are served in the hotel restaurant.

Q. Are there separate bathing facilities for men and women?

A. Our large indoor public bath has separate male and female facilities, and there is also one outdoor bath separated by gender, too.
You can enjoy a relaxing soak whilst admiring the view of Lake Akayako below.

Q. In the mixed bathing facilities, can I wrap a towel around myself to enter the water.

A. Please refrain from wearing a towel in the baths.
Instead, we sell special Yugi bathing suits at the hotel shop (800 yen) for guests to use in the mixed bathing areas.

Q. Can infants enter the hot springs?

A. Yes.
The hot spring water is mild, so infants shouldn't have any adverse reactions to the water.

Q. How much is the room-rate for infants?

A. For infants who don't need meals or their own bedding, the rate is 2,160 yen per night.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

A. Yes, there is a Lawson convenience store (open 24 hrs) about 3 minutes away by car.
We also sell things like juice, beer, and cup noodles at the hotel.

Q. What is there to do near the hotel?

A. About 10 mins away by car, you can enjoy making crafts or soba noodles at Takumi-no-Sato (Artisan Village), or fruit picking at DoleLand Minakami.
Within a 30 mins drive by car, you can also enjoy outdoor activities like rafting, canyoning, canoeing, bungee jumping, etc.
Also popular with adults is the Dragondola and Tashiro Ropeway at Naeba Ski Resort (about 30 minutes away by car), and the Tanigawadake Ropeway (about 50 minutes away by car).
